The National Career Development Conference (NCDC) is the pinnacle experience for JAG youth to demonstrate their skills, explore career options, connect with employers, and create pathways for their future as members of the JAG Career Association (JAGCA).

Event Information

Dates: April 24-26, 2025

*Student arrive by 11 am on April 24, except JAGCA Officer Candidates and Nomination Committee members must arrive by 3 pm on April 23.

Registration Fee: $149 per participant (Youth Participant, Specialist, CSA, JAG Affiliate Staff, Chaperones)

Registration Instructions for Affiliates/States

1. Registration: All Youth Participants, Specialists, Chaperones, CSA, and JAG Affiliate Staff must complete an individual registration form to attend NCDC.

2. Competitive Events: If you are a Youth Participant competing in a national event, please fill out the Competitive Events Information section. For Youth Participants not competing in a competitive event, select "No" for the relevant question.

3. Meal Concessions: Youth Participants, Specialists, Chaperones, CSA, and JAG Affiliate Staff can purchase a meal concession package for $112, which covers meals during NCDC. Click here for more information about the menu options. The cost will be added to their registration fee at check-out. Youth Participants: Please check with your specialist if you should purchase a meal concession package.

4. Payment Options: For Youth Participants, Specialists, Chaperones, CSA, and JAG Affiliate Staff, the final step in completing your registration form is to select the payment method for your registration fee and meal concession package (if you selected one). Youth Participants: Please check with your specialists to determine which payment method you should select before completing the registration form.

For Corporate Partners, NCDC Conference Staff, Board Members, Speakers, or Special Guests, please register by March 31. Please note there is no registration fee for these groups.

Hotel Guest Room Request & Information

As a member of the NCDC Conference Staff, JAG National will cover the cost of your hotel reservation and book the reservation on your behalf; please do not make a reservation for yourself. JAG National will send out hotel confirmation emails in early April. If you have questions about your reservation or need to make a change, please email events@jag.org.

If you plan to extend your stay past the conference dates and intend to pay for those nights on your own, please request a reservation for the entire length of your stay and note in the Special Room Request box, how many nights you will be paying on your own.

Meal Concession Package Sale

The NCDC schedule includes 5 meal times for food concessions. A meal includes a hot grab-and-go entrée, a side, and a drink. JAG offers the option to prepay for a meal package for $112, which includes a meal during each of the 5 meal times listed.

Please note that offsite food options are available in the hotel and within walking distance of the hotel.

To avoid lines and to ensure your group has a meal during each meal time, we strongly recommend that you pre-purchase the meal plan for each youth and adult in your group. Everyone who purchases a meal plan in advance will receive meal vouchers at registration. The deadline to purchase meal packages for your group is March 15, and no cancellations or refunds can be offered after March 15.

Youth Participant: Before completing the registration form, please check with your specialist if you should sign up for a meal concession package.
