2025 JAG NCDC: Workshop Presenter and Competitive Events Judge Sign-up Form

Thank you for your interest in supporting JAG at the National Career Development Conference (NCDC). There are several ways for you to get involved! Please select one or more ways you would like to participate and complete the necessary details. Please note that completing the registration form means you are committing to participate at JAG NCDC.

Workshop Session:
JAG invites industry leaders and partners to share their
professional, leadership, and knowledge with JAGCA Youth Members as
they prepare for their future. Workshops are 45 minutes in length and will be presented on Thursday, April 24, 1:00-4:00pm, and Friday, April 25, 9:00am-4:00pm. 
 
Please note that if you plan to use a presentation deck or other resources during your workshop, you do not need to submit them with this form. You can email those to events@jag.org by April 15. 
 
Competitive Events Judge:
With 11 competitive events and nearly 100 judge slots to fill, we greatly appreciate your willingness to assist. Judges with experience in interviewing, listening to presentations, evaluating teamwork, and critiquing speaking skills are greatly needed!
 
Judging appointments will be scheduled on Thursday, April 24, between 1:00-5:00pm, and Friday, April 25, between 8:00am-8:00pm in 3-4 hour time blocks at the JW Marriott Indianapolis Hotel. 
 
Please note that if there are multiple people at your organization interested in volunteering as a competitive events judge, we ask that each person complete the form.
 
Deadline to complete the form is March 21.

The nightly rate is $229.00 plus 17% state and local tax. If you need to book a hotel room, you can do so using this link. The deadline to book a hotel room is March 24.
