Alexander City Schools- Submit an Excuse for an Absence

Parents, Alexander City Schools policy requires all excuses to be submitted no later than the third day following an absence when a student returns to school. School staff must still approve excuses once submitted. You may take pictures of doctor's notes or other documentation using this form. Alexander City Schools policy also limits students to a maximum of 5 days missed that can be excused with written parent notes per year.
