Announcement/Bulletin Request Form

Announcement requests must be submitted by 4:30 pm on Wednesday.

Please print and remember to include the event name, date, time, location, RSVP deadline, costs, contact person, contact phone, or email.

If you would like an insert put into the bulletin, please attach a copy for the insert for review.

Please note announcements are subject to revision for clarity, content, and conciseness and are subject to available space and time, items may reoccur but are also at the discretion of the staff.
