Mill Falls 2020 Lottery Enrollment Form

In the 2020/21 school year, Mill Falls will be educating children in Kindergarten through 6th grade. 

* Children must be at least five years old by September 1, 2020, and reside in NH to enroll.

 ** Please submit a separate application for EACH child that you wish to enter into the lottery.
 
*** Please note that the majority of our open spots will be in the Kindergarten classroom and in
our Upper Elementary Program.
 
Please be aware that existing waitlists for our 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades are significant.
