The registration deadline is two weeks prior to the class start date. Class size is limited and attendance at all training classes is by PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY. Please complete a separate registration form for each participant.

Payment must be received prior to class start date.

Certification Courses & PERC Training Accounts *

Testing for certified courses will be conducted online during the class training. Online testing provides students immediately with their score. Students must come to the first day of training prepared to log in and access their PERC training account. The management and access of a student’s PERC account is the responsibility of the student and/or manager. Cancellation Policy *

A refund, less a $25 administrative fee, will be provided for cancellations received at least 7 business days prior to the first day of class. Registration can be transferred to another employee any time prior to the start of class.
