PCS Preliminary Student Application Form

Thank you for starting the application process for Pacific Christian School (PCS)!

This preliminary application form starts the journey of joining the PCS community for domestic Preschool through Grade 12 students.

If you have any questions, please contact Lindsey in the Advancement Office: admissions@PacificChristian.ca or 250-479-4532 ext 143.

Please note that, as applicable, you will be asked to attach copies of the last three report cards and other pertinent reports to this form. You will also need to enter the email address of a clergy member at your church for a reference request.

Once your Preliminary Application is complete and space is available, a $200 non-refundable application processing fee per family is required to move the application forward (if no siblings are currently attending PCS)
As needed, we will connect you with our student services departments and arrange for visits, tours and assessments.
