PCS Student Withdrawal Conversation Form

Thank you for letting us know that you are thinking about withdrawing your child(ren) from PCS.
Please take a few minutes to complete this form and we will call you as soon as we can.  Your comments will be used to help us continue moving forward with "Educational Excellence to the Glory of God".
Note that parent(s)/guardian(s) are required to give a minimum of one school month's notice of a student leaving or the following month's tuition will be charged.  This means that families who notify us after June 1 that their child(ren) will not be returning to PCS in September will be responsible for September fees.  This does not include students who are graduating from grade 12.
