PCS Student Withdrawal Conversation Form

Thank you for letting us know that you are thinking about withdrawing your child(ren) from PCS.
Please take a few minutes to complete this form and we will connect with you as soon as we can.  Although we'd rather have you stay, if you decide to leave, this process can move quite quickly for you.  But, let's chat first.
Please note, PCS requires one full school month's written withdrawal notice prior to your next scheduled tuition debit (families that notify us after June 1 will be responsible for the first month's tuition fee of the following school year).
Your comments throughout the process will be used to help us continue moving forward with "Educational Excellence to the Glory of God".
