Thank you for your interest in submitting a nomination for the Fellow Award. Fellows are active members of the Society (for 10 or more years) who have been nominated by other active members to receive the honor, selected by the Fellows Committee. Fellow is the highest recognition of membership bestowed by the Society.
To nominate, essays regarding the personal and professional achievements of the nominee are required as well as a summary of the reason(s) for your nomination and up to three letters of support.
