The Society of Wetland Scientists’ 2021 Annual Meeting promises to be a prime educational and networking opportunity that will gather leading researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and academics passionate about the advancement of wetland science. Presented virtually in June 2021, this unique meeting is themed "Wetland Sciences 2021: Adaptation Drives Innovation.”
Proposal Submission
Workshop proposal organizers are encouraged to be creative and focus on the uniqueness and interdisciplinary nature of attendees at the annual meeting. The Program Committee is particularly interested in proposals that highlight the meeting theme. Proposals will be evaluated primarily on the current interest of their subject and the qualifications of proposed speakers. Final schedule assignments will be determined by the Local Program Committee.
Workshop Scheduling
Half-day and full-day workshops will be scheduled for Wednesday, June 9, 2021.
Please complete the below form by Wednesday, September 30, 2020. A submission confirmation will be sent for the applicant’s records upon receipt of the proposal. All proposed workshops will be evaluated by the Workshops Subcommittee and final decisions will be announced in October 2020.
