I do hereby give my consent to Snow Valley Ski Club and Contest Sponsors to use the submitted photographs, images, and/or videos taken of myself, my friends, and my family, whether I am photographed alone or with other persons, in any setting for their use in the following forms of promotional material.

I understand that said photographs, images, and/or videos may be used on social media, for display purposes at Trade Shows and other exhibits, for representation in brochures, pamphlets, sponsorship packages, and other promotional material of that sort, and/or on the website, all of which are solely for the purpose of promoting Snow Valley Ski Club and Contest Sponsors.

Furthermore, I understand that said photographs, videos and/or quotations will not be used for any purposes other than those mentioned above without expressed consent from myself.
