CONSENT TO RELEASE AND PUBLICATION OF ELECTRONIC IMAGES

I do hereby give my consent to Snow Valley Ski Club, Rainbow Valley Campground, and Snow Valley Aerial Park to use the submitted photographs, images, and/or videos taken of myself, my friends, and my family, whether I am photographed alone or with other persons, in any setting for their use in the following forms of promotional material.

I understand that said photographs may be used for display purposes at Trade Shows and other exhibits, for representation in brochures, pamphlets, sponsorship packages, and other promotional material of that sort, and/or on the website, all of which are solely for the purpose of promoting Snow Valley Ski Club, Rainbow Valley and Snow Valley Aerial Park.

Furthermore, I understand that said photographs, videos and/or quotations will not be used for any purposes other than those mentioned above without expressed consent from myself.

I also acknowledge that all identifiable persons in the image, photograph, or video have given their full consent to have their image shared by me through this form for use by Snow Valley Ski Club, Rainbow Valley, and Snow Valley Aerial Park as described above.

I release the right to view or approve any photographs obtained, previous to use by Snow Valley Ski Club, Rainbow Valley, and Snow Valley Aerial Park.
