Costs for ASP include ASP fees and cost of travel. Total cost for ASP is $650/individual youth participant. Scholarships are available. An initial payment of $300/participant is due February 20. Final payment is due May 15. Please contact Kara Stuebing (kstuebing@stmatthewsumc.org) or Caitlin Trost (ctrost@stmatthewsumc.org) for scholarship information. By initialing I am agreeing to the fees for ASP.

Part of Summer Mission Trips (ASP for high school and JP for junior high) is fundraising toward the events. This is fundraising in addition to the individual cost of the trip. The main fundraiser is Pink Elephant, an annual rummage sale. This year Pink Elephant will be held on March 26, 2022. ASP participants are required to help make this fundraiser a success by setting up the week of (starting March 20 and every evening that week leading up to the sale) and by participating in the sale Saturday morning, March 26. We are asking every participant to work 2 evening shifts during the week in addition to working the day of the event. By initialing below, I am agreeing to help with Pink Elephant in March 2022
