Congratulations on being selected to participate in our 2023-2024 Spring season Utah Select National Team Practices. The reason that you have received this link is because your wrestler(s) is one of Utah's Top Stars and we are excited about having them take advantage of being apart of a great opportunity to train and develop with some of our best wrestlers and work with some of our best coaches. We are looking for wrestler's that are hard working, focused, attentive and have had some success over the last few seasons at the local, regional and national level that truly want the opportunity to have the best training environment and opportunity to develop.
There is currently a list of multiple other wrestlers that have applied for this opportunity that we are still sorting through in order to create our fall Utah Select Team. After receiving this registration form it is asked that you fill it out ASAP and have your payment in within 48 hours. After that period we may have to move on and give your spot to another qualified wrestler who is interested.

$100 - State Level National Team Practices
$100 - National Team Member National Team Practice
$160 - Both Sessions (Discounted)
(Sibling Discount $75 After 1st Wrestler)

National Team Member: (Mondays & Wednesdays)
04/29, 05/01, 05/06, 05/08, 05/15, 05/22, 05/29, 06/03, 06/05, 06/10, 06/12, 06/17, 06/19
Typical Practice Structure
- Warm Up - 10 minutes (Dynamic Stretching)
- Technique, Drilling/Review of Technique 50 minutes
- Offense - 5 to 10 minutes
- Defense - 5 to 10 minutes
- Live Wrestle - 10 - 20 minutes
- Conditioning - 10- 20 minutes
- We will often mix live wrestling and conditioning together
- Practice Concludes approx. 8pm.
