The Beyond Requirements: Pathway Determination

For each Beyond cycle, property owners must show that their building(s) are high-performing (Performance Path) or conduct an audit and make improvements to the building (Prescriptive Path). In order to qualify for the Performance Path, buildings must 1) be newly constructed within the last 5 years, or 2) meet energy and water standards .
 
The Department shall determine the approprate pathway for each building based on the documentation submitted. 
 
Please complete and submit this form by May 15th of the deadline year. One property per form.
