Brisbane Exemption Request Form

  • Any exemption granted will be limited to the benchmarking submission for which the request was made and does not extend to past or future submittals.

  • For each reporting cycle, a property owner may request an exemption from submitting a benchmarking report and the department shall determine whether an exemption under this subsection applies to a building. A property owner may appeal a determination that a building is not exempt as set forth in Section 15.77.125.

Exemption Options

Benchmarking is not required for a covered public property for the current reporting year if the owner submits documentation to the director establishing that the property has met one of the following conditions: *
