Please complete the following form by selecting the exemption for which you are applying and submitting the required documentation. Exemption requests will be reviewed by city staff and applicants will be notified of approval or denial. Note, exemptions should be submitted prior to the June 1st deadline and are only valid for the current reporting year; a new exemption request must be submitted each year if the exemption still hold true and the building wishes to remain exempt from benchmarking requirements.
Note: You will first need to select the city where your building is located for the exemption options to appear.
