How many CEUs do I need to submit for recertification?

CEUs due for Recertification:  30 CEUs every 5 years

You must submit your recertification by December 31st in the year that your credential expires.

Upon Recertifying your current 10-year credential, you will be issued a 5-year certificate, with 30 CEUs due for your next recertification.

Those who were originally issued a Lifetime credential may submit any CEUs earned between August 2017-December 31, 2023. ABRET accepts recertifications beginning in the year they expire. Once recertified, a 5-year credential will be issued.
