The ABRET Examination Scholarship is for candidates who will be prepared to register for one of the ABRET credentialing examinations within the year following the award. Therefore, candidates should be able to meet eligibility requirements and have started the preparation process (studying). The award will cover the examination fee, an ABRET ASAP subscription for 3 months, and an ASET membership for one year.
Candidates are being judged on the following:
• Demonstrated Financial Need
• Preparedness for their Upcoming Exam
• First-time credential applicants only
• Demonstrated eligibility (within 12-mos) to sit for the R. EEG T., R. EP T., CAP, or CNIM exam
Applications are accepted each quarter of the year. Complete and submit the form in its entirety along with the requested attachment no later than the end of a calendar quarter, i.e., March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31. At the end of each quarter, the ASET Foundation Board of Directors convenes to review the applications received and selects the recipients. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Each quarter, two awards will be issued. One for an international candidate, and one for a domestic candidate.
