Terms and Conditions

Inland Deals is herein after refered to as "Publisher." The above mentioned business is herein after refered to as "Advertiser"

TERM, TERMINATION, AND DEFINITION

The following is an Online Coupon Listing Agreement to market a coupon agreed upon by the Advertiser through the Publisher Website and mobile app. Consumers will have the opportunity to access and download said coupon through the Publisher website and/or mobile application available in the Apple Store and Google Play Store. The terms of this Agreement are from the date this agreement is submitted to publisher until cancellation, by either party. Advertiser acknowledges that the Publisher may terminate the publication or promotion of the Coupon at any time for any reason, without prior notification. The Advertiser may also terminate the publication of the Coupon for any reason with a minimum of ten (10) business days notification by phone 951-258-8414, email to support@inlanddeals.com, or by standard mail to Inland Deals, 11711 Collett Ave, Apt 1018, Riverside, CA 92505. Advertiser agrees to notifiy Publisher immediately upon making a decision to no longer honor a listed coupon. Advertiser agrees to honor coupon until it is no-longer listed on Publisher website and/or mobileapp.

FEES & PAYMENT

There are no fees or payment required for Advertiser to list a Coupon. All listing requests are subject to review by Inland Deals staff and not all requests are accepted. Per Advertisers request, coupon content may be updated one (1) time per month at no charge. Update requests can be submitted via online coupon submission form available online through Publisher website. Additional content updates beyond 1 per month will be billed at a rate of $25 per update. Optional “Business Boosts” are available for a fee, call 951-258-8414 for business boost pricing and details.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Advertiser is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed or implied to create a relationship of agency, affiliates, joint employers, or joint ventures between the parties. Neither Advertiser, nor Advertisers employees and agents are or will be deemed for any purpose to be employees of Publisher. Publisher will not be responsible to Advertiser and agents or any governing body for any taxes related to the performance of services under this agreement. Advertiser will be solely responsible for payment and withholding of all income, employment, sales and use taxes and other taxes related to its business and the rendering of the services and will indemnify, defend and hold Jacob M Poore DBA: Inland Deals harmless from any claims, damages, and payments with respect there to. All fees, costs and expenses incurred by Advertiser relating to the honoring of Coupons and this Agreement will be the sole responsibility of the Advertiser.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except with respect to their respective indemnification obligations hereunder, under no circumstances shall any party or its affiliates be liable to any other party for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages (even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages) such as, but not limited to, loss of revenue or anticipated profits or lost business.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Each party represents and warrants that it has the necessary and fullright, power, authority and capability to enter into this agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder; that it owns or controls the rights granted or licensed to the other party herein; that the execution and performance of its obligations under this Agreement will not violate any know rights of any thirdparty, any commitments or any applicable federal, state and local law or regulation; and that to its knowledge the marks, logos and intellectual property licensed to the other party here in do not violate the proprietary rights of a third party.
