The following constitutes the Workshop Agreement (the “Agreement”) of Dewdrops Photography by Amy McDaniel (the “Photographer”) and any assistant or student. Please read the Agreement in its entirety and contact the Photographer if you have any questions or concerns about the Agreement. As used in the Agreement, all references to “you” or “your” or the “Client” refers to the signer of this Agreement. Signing your name below will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your consent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You will be able to preview the Agreement prior to its submission, at which time you are encouraged to print a copy for your records.
Policies and Agreement
A non refundable deposit is due upon registration for a workshop and your space will not be guaranteed until the deposit is received. PELASE NOTE: Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The balance of the workshop fee is due one month prior to the workshop date. If you are unable to attend the workshop for any reason, you are responsible for selling your seat.
All information discussed, given, or shared with you at the workshop is for the workshop attendee only and should not be discussed in part, or in its entirety, with any photographer or persons who have not attended a workshop given by Dewdrops Photography by Amy McDaniel. All materials are protected under copyright law and should not be distributed without the express consent of Amy McDaniel of Dewdrops Photography.
This agreement also serves as a non-compete clause for a period of one year. This clause will prevent you from teaching newborn workshops, mentoring sessions or any other form of teaching newborn photography for one year following your attendance at a Dewdrops Photography workshop.
You are welcome to use images produced on this day for sharing but it is recommended that you mention Dewdrops Photography by Amy McDaniel when doing so.
