Registration Opens November 1st until clinic is filled. 60 riders will be accepted on a first-come basis when the completed registration form is submitted and the $400 deposit is paid. Balance of $400 will be charged to the same credit card on December 20th.
 
Audit Fee $200 per person. No limit to the number of Auditors, but must register by January 10, 2025 so that catering can be arranged.
 
Sale Showcase $150 per horse.  Entries due by January 10, 2025.
 
There are NO REFUNDS unless the clinic is cancelled by Southern Saddlebred, but you may sell your spot to another participant if you are unable to attend. By providing your payment information, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Clinic Audit Registration (Non-Riders)

Each Rider gets 1 Trainer/Instructor and 1 Parent per Juvenile rider.  Additional Professionals and friends/family members need to register as a Auditor.  This fee allows for full access to the clinic including the Sale Showcase/Cocktail Hour, Roundtable Discussions and all catered meals.  All registered individuals will receive a nametag. 

Sale Showcase

The Sale Showcase is a Preview of horses and ponies available for sale during the Cocktail Hour on Friday, January 24th from 5:00 - 6:00pm.  $150 fee pays for your stall for the weekend and entry fee for the Showcase.
