Welcome to the Equine Sports Council's Network of Sanctioned shows! To start the enrollment process, please provide the data requested below. You will then receive an email with a "Show Management Checklist" with key links and upcoming dates. The ESC Rulebook can be referenced here.

After registering a show with ESC complete the following 30 Days Prior to Show:

1) Establish and publicize the three person ESC Show Commission.

2) Obtain the Certicate of Insurance with ESC listed as an additional insured for $1M & share with ESC

3) Judges, Stewards and Commissioners are required to register as an ESC Official. The Judge(s) Liability Insurance policy will be provided by ESC.

NOTE: Beginning February 1, 2025 - USDA will require ALL HORSE SHOWS/EVENTS/SALES to provide PRE and POST show reports. ESC will provide automated reporting for Show Management and will share additional information as it becomes available.
