Equipment Rental Agreement
To ensure all troops have an opportunity to use equipment, it may be necessary to limit quantities.
Materials must be returned the first business day following your event. Items must be returned to the same Gathering Place where they were distributed from.
*February 1st – March 31st costumes and tablecloths are limited to one per troop; no exceptions. Cookie costume styles and tablecloth sizes cannot be reserved for consecutive weeks to ensure that the style varieties are equally available.
To reserve consecutive weeks, the costume and/or tablecloth must be returned the first business day following your event in order to pick up your next requested items, as available. Reservations are needed for each requested date.
We are not responsible if items are not available due to late returns.
Items not returned or returned in damaged condition (normal wear and tear is expected) may result in fees imposed at our discretion and/or loss of rental privileges.
