Money Earning Project Approval Form
All money-earning projects must meet GSUSA,GSGCNWI, and Council Covid-19 policies and procedures. Approval forms are required for projects earning $100 or more. Before completing this approval form, please review Volunteer Essentials. Please remember that groups/troops/girls must participate at a minimum in the cookie and fall programs before they are allowed to organize an additional money-earning project. Submit this form to GSGCNWI at least 4 weeks prior to your proposed plans. You will be notified if additional information or modifications are necessary. We understand that this is a request for approval. We will not make final arrangements until we have received approval from Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana. If significant changes occur to this project, we will notify GSGCNWI by emailing customercare@girlscoutsgcnwi.org.
