Service Unit Annual Finance Report 2023-24

By July 30 of each year, Service Units are required to submit their Financial Reports accompanied by a reconciled bank statement, and a detailed cash report to track monthly financial transactions. Service Units are encouraged to keep detailed records and receipts for one year following each membership year.
All Service Units are required to hold their Girl Scout funds in a bank account.
 
All Girl Scout bank accounts must be opened in the name of Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago Northwest lndiana, Service Unit Number. The federal tax lD number is 36-3871241. A Bank Letter is available at your request from your Community Specialist. Bank Statements are to be sent to the home address of the SU Manager or Treasurer (registered and background checked volunteer). Bank statements are not to be mailed to the Glrl Scouts Greater Chicago Northwest lndiana corporate office.
