The 30th Annual NTDA Convention will be held Nov. 4-6, 2020 at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, CA.

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All registrations must be pre-paid via credit card or check. To select multiple forms of payment, individuals must register separately.

Registrant Types

Dealer Registrant: An employee of an NTDA Dealer or Dealer Branch Member company.

Allied Registrant: An employee of an NTDA Allied Member company.

Dealer/Allied Registration Includes: Bonus Sessions, General Session & Keynote Presentation, Concurrent Sessions, Welcome Reception, Thursday Breakfast, Coffee Break, Exhibition & Luncheon, and Cocktail Reception and Awards Dinner). Optional activities and golf tournament are NOT included and require an additional fee to participate. Please note all exhibitor personnel must register (registration is not included with tabletop purchase).

Spouse/Guest Registrant: A spouse or guest is a family member or significant other whose primary purpose in attending the Convention is to accompany a Dealer or Allied Registrant. Co-workers or associates within the industry DO NOT qualify for Spouse/Guest registration and should complete an individual/additional Dealer or Allied Registration.

If your spouse and/or guest(s) is traveling to the Convention with you, we encourage you to register him or her. Spouse/Guest registration includes: Welcome Reception; Thursday Breakfast; Exhibition & Luncheon, NTDA reserved cabanas on Thursday, Nov. 5 from 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Cocktail Reception & Awards Dinner. Spouse/ Guest registrants are also invited to attend educational sessions if interested. Registered Spouses/Guests can sign up for optional activities. Optional activities and golf tournament are NOT included and require an additional fee to participate. 

Dealer & Allied Packages: The NTDA offers a Dealer Package and an Allied Package that includes one Dealer or Allied Registrant plus one spouse/guest at a discounted rate. Additional registrants or guests may register individually using a different payment method if so desired (e.g., a check or different credit/debit card than a Dealer or Allied attendee). If paying with a different form of payment, please register your spouse/ guest separately, contact the NTDA at 1-800-800-4552, or e-mail accounting@ntda.org. 

Child Under 17: There is no charge for children 17 and under, but they require a badge. A registered Child Under 17 can sign up for age-appropriate optional activities (additional fees apply for optional activities and golf). 

For safety and security, badges are required to attend any Convention function.

Policies

Golf & Optional Activities: Golf and optional activities are NOT included with Convention registration and require an additional fee. Pre-registration is required for golf and optional activities. No registrations for golf or optional activities will be accepted after Oct. 2, 2020. Golf foursomes are not guaranteed. Golf tournament registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment: Credit card payment is preferred for registrations. However, if paying by check, payments are due within 30 days of invoice All registrations must be prepaid no later than Oct. 2, 2020.

No Badge = No Admission: Individuals who are not registered or who do not have a badge will not be permitted to attend ANY of the conference programs, participate in receptions, meals or other social events, nor have access to the Exhibit Hall. This policy will be strictly enforced for the safety and security of our registered attendees. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Exhibitor Registration: All exhibitor personnel must register (registration is NOT included with tabletop purchase).

Sponsor Registration: Sponsors must also register. If registration is included in your company’s sponsorship package, call the NTDA at 1-800-800-4552, or e-mail gwen@ntda.org to register your personnel.

Drawing Winners: If you won a drawing last year that includes registration, golf or an optional tour, call the NTDA at 1-800-800-4552, or e-mail gwen@ntda.org to register your personnel.

Cancellation Policy: Substitutions allowable. Convention registration cancellations, including golf and/or optional tours, must be received in writing by Sept. 25, 2020 to qualify for a 100% refund. Convention registration cancellations, including golf and/or optional tours, received in writing between Sept. 26, 2020 and Oct. 2, 2020 qualify for a 50% refund. Please note that your bank may take 3–7 days to process a credit card refund once issued by the NTDA. Convention registration cancellations, including golf and/or optional tours, received Oct. 2, 2020 and after are not eligible for a refund.

Event Cancellation, Attendee Hold Harmless & Indemnification: The National Trailer Dealers Association (NTDA) continues to monitor COVID-19 and will disseminate any public health-related information as it relates to the Convention and your safety. If the Renaissance Esmeralda deems the NTDA Convention may not be held in 2020 due to events out of their control, your Convention registration fee will be refunded by the Association. The NTDA is not responsible for refunding of hotel, travel-related expenses or rebooking fees. Each sponsor, exhibitor, participant, hired service provider, volunteer, Board member or staff member should realize that there are inherent risks, hazards, and dangers involved including transport of equipment, travel to/from the event, and, of course, participation in the event itself. Attendee expressly agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NTDA, its shareholders, directors, officers, members, employees, independent contractors, and affiliates from and against all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and/or judgments, including litigation costs and attorney’s fees, which arise or result from attendee’s involvement with, and/or participation in, the 30th Annual NTDA Convention, including but not limited to those arising from, or related to, the COVID-19 pandemic. All attendees voluntarily participate in this activity. If attendee should need medical treatment as a result of participation in NTDA Convention/Exhibition, travel to and from the NTDA Convention/Exhibition (including air and ground travel), or any events incidental to this Convention/Exhibition, including but not limited to treatment arising from, or related to, the COVID-19 pandemic, attendee agrees to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. Attendee is aware that the NTDA does not provide health insurance for Sponsors, Exhibitor personnel, Convention attendees, its Board of Directors, or any third-party service providers, and that all Convention participants should carry their own health insurance. Room Reservations

A room reservation link will be provided to you once you have registered for the NTDA Convention. Your registration confirmation email will contain a link to book your hotel room. (The email will come from Formsite.com.)

Reservations at the Renaissance must be made no later than Oct. 15, 2020. However, please note that the room block tends to sell out, so it is recommended that you make reservations as soon as possible.

A one-night room deposit (excluding taxes) is required at time of reservation payable via Visa, American Express or MasterCard to the Renaissance. All reservations also require a valid credit card and picture identification at time of check in.

Check with the Renaissance reservationist regarding cancellation policies and any applicable fees.

Room reservations are NOT included in your convention registration and must be made directly through the Renaissance via the link provided on your registration confirmation email.

Sponsorship does not provide you with a room reservation and it does not guarantee you a certain room type at the Renaissance. 

The NTDA staff is NOT responsible for attendee room reservations nor cancellations. You are responsible for your own Convention registration(s), timely payment thereof, hotel reservations, air and ground transportation, and other travel/housing arrangements.
