AIA NoVA has formed an LGBTQIA+ Alliance and invites all interested members and allies to join this important initiative. This alliance aims to create a supportive and inclusive community within our profession, fostering dialogue, advocacy and networking opportunities for LGBTQIA+ architects and allies in the region.
