Declaration:
• A leave process fee of $125.00 will apply if leave/deferral changes the internship start date.
• IT students will be charged an additional administration fee of $115.00 + GST by ACS if leave/deferral changes the internship start date. $900.00 +GST fee will apply if leave is submitted within 14 days of/after PE online course commencement.
• If a student takes leave in their 6th or 7th subject, a delay of minimal 2-3 months will occur as students are required to be available for 8 full weeks prior to internship start date.
• If a student misses more than 2 weeks of a subject, a delay of 1 month can be expected. Students must complete all 7 subjects prior to internship.
• Fee payments must be up to date before my leave/deferral application is approved. Student must continue with their payments uninterrupted while on leave.
• If I cease payments during my leave/deferral I may be withdrawn from the course.
