(Fiscally constrained counties are required to submit receipts for the costs incurred during the extradition process. Please note that reimbursements shall not exceed the total cost of extradition which will be verified by the attached supporting documentation. Requests for reimbursement without proper documentation will not be approved.)

Reimbursement Information:

Partial reimbursement for extradition is approved when a warrant is issued for an individual supervised under the Interstate Compact as defined by the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision (ICAOS) and contingent upon the availability of funds.
