All booths must be open and attended from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. both Friday and Saturday.

Three Rivers Festival reserves the right to decline any application; submission of application does not guarantee acceptance.
Deadline for applications: May 30, 2020. After this date there is a $25.00 late fee through June 30, 2020.
Certificate of Insurance
The Three Rivers Festival requires all groups to provide a certificate of insurance indicating $1million Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Three Rivers Festival and PFW as "additional insured" is required. A copy must be mailed to the TRF office, 102 Three Rivers North, 46802, or uploaded below.

Booth Details

Set Up Information:
Set up for Children's Fest will be Thursday, July 16th, between 2:00 pm and 6:00 p.m., and Friday, July 17th, between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. All events must be ready to open by 10:00 a.m. Friday. All booths must remain open and manned during Children's Fest hours, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Load out must be completed by 6:00pm on Saturday.
Booth Space: *
Children’s Fest is a rain or shine event. The event will be held indoors.All tents must be self-supporting. Event organizer suggests no tents unless branded. No tent staking is allowed.

IMPORTANT NOTES: For any deliveries, please order using the same name as shown on this application. This will make the delivery process much smoother. Please notify the Festival office who you will be renting from before the event. Remember to order weights to secure your tent; no tent stakes! TRF recommends A Party Apart (969-0999).
Will you be renting a tent for your booth? *
All vendors are required to supply thier booth set up needs, including tables and chairs. However, if you wish, you can rent tables and chairs from us. If you would like to rent table and chiars, please make your selections below. Limited of 2 table and 2 chairs per application. Tables are $2.00 ea and chiars are $1.00 ea.

Booth Activity
Participating groups must offer a FREE child focused activity, giveaway or interactive experience at their booth. Examples: face painting, temporary tattoos, bean bag toss, duck ponds, crafts, coloring books, free samples, etc.
Remember: NO SELLING is permitted at Children's Fest.
Expect 8,000-10,000 children EACH DAY of the event. Be prepared with an adequate number of supplies and volunteers for both days.
Do you have a company mascot or costumed character? Mascots are welcome to walk the festival during both days. *

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be in writing (or email).  If approved, any refund will be assessed a $25 administration fee. Cancellations after May 31 are not eligible for refunds.
Applicant Acknowledement & Waiver of Liability
Submission of this Application in no way grants consideration, acceptance, or occupancy at any Three Rivers Festival event or venue, without express written consent from Three Rivers Festival.

Applicant acknowledges that the application/Late Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, without regard to aceptance or rejection of application. Applicant certifies that all information submitted is true and accurate.

Applicant and applicant's employees, agents, successors and officers agree to indemnify and hold harmless PNC, Fort 4 Fittness, Purdue University Fort Wayne and the Three Rivers Festival Executive Board, Inc., its board members, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, damages, and expenses arising from the submission of this Application and participation in any Three Rivers Festival event.
