Thank you for your interest in the 51st annual Three Rivers Festival held from July 12-20, 2019. Food Concession opportunities are offered on a limited basis. Junk Food Alley, one of Three Rivers Festival's most popular attractions, typically fills up prior to the conclusion of the previous year's Festival; however, you are welcome to indicate your interest in that area and/or other events available that range from 2-9 days in length. These areas include the Emporium, Children's Fest and Art in the Park. Please indicate your interest in all areas. Applicants will be chosen based on appearance, experience and category. Confirmation of application does not guarantee acceptance.

If you are interested in being a vendor in Junk Food Alley, please call the festival office for availability, 260-426-5556  ($150 per frontage foot plus electricity, water and 7% over allotment of net sales)
Headwaters Park East Parking Lot (Trailers preferred)
Emporium - Headwaters Park West Pavillion (Tents preferred) Friday, July 12 4-10pm; Sat- Sun, July 13-14th 11am - 10pm; Mon-Thur, July 15-18th 5-9pm; Fri-Sat, July 19-20th 11am - 10pm.
Children's Fest (Electrical power not provided) Friday, July 19th 10am -3 pm; Saturday, July 20th 10am - 3pm.

PROPOSED MENU - List all items you wish to sell, along with the price. Three Rivers Festival must approve all menu items, and reserves the right to limit menu items.

Soft drinks to be offered (check all that apply). Bottled beverages can be purchased through Three Rivers Festival at a discounted price. *

SPACE NEEDS - Application must include TOTAL length of trailer, including tongue, sign awning, extra storage, access room, etc. If approved, agreement will be for precisely the footage requested here. If unit does not fit the space requested, agreement may be revoked.

Submission of this application in no way grants consideration, acceptance or occupancy at any Three Rivers Festival event or venue, without express written consent in the form of a fully executed Three Rivers Festival License Agreement.

Applicant acknowledges that the application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, without regard to acceptance or rejection of application. Applicant certifies that all information submitted is true and accurate.
Applicant and applicant's employees, agents, successors and officers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Three Rivers Festival Executive Board, Inc., its board members, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, damages and expenses arising from the submission of this application.

Applicants accepted into the event will be notified by email by March 30, 2019. A Vendor Agreement will be sent to all accepted applicants, which must be returned within 30 days. An invoice will be sent for all applicable fees, which must be paid by the dates indicated in the Vendor Agreement. Applications will not be considered after April 30, 2019.
