Booth Information

Booth placement is at the discretion of TRF. Artists must supply thier own booth display including tents, tables, displays, etc. All tents must be self-supporting (no stakes) and be prepared with rain covers, tie downs, weights, etc. Note: Electricity is limited to 5 booths, first come first serve and has a fee of $20.00. Artist is required to supply 200+ feet of extension cords.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Canellation and refund requests must be in writing or email and reeived by the TRF Office prior to May 17, 2018 and will be provided minus a $25 administration fee. Any cancellations received after Mary 17, 2018 will not be eligible for refunds.

Selected Artists will be notified as soon as thier application is approved via email before June 1, 2018.
 
Submission of this application in no way grants considertaion, acceptance or occupancy at any Three Rivers Festival event or venue, without the express written concent in the form of a fully executed Three Rivers Festival License Agreement. Applicant certifies that all information submitted is true and accurate.
Applicant and applicant's employees, agents, successors and officers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Three Rivers Festival Executive Board, Inc., its board members, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, damages and expenses arising from the submission of this application.
