Tuck Fest Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor and joining in the celebration of the active outdoor lifestyle at Tuck Fest. We are lined up for a jam-packed four days that include 13 bands, 60+ competitions and demos, 100+ beer taps, and over 40,000 outdoor enthusiasts from all over the country. Due to the growing popularity of this annual event, there are limitations on how many vendors we are able to handle. Please fill out the vendor application below to be considered for 2018 Tuck Fest. Once your application has been submitted and reviewed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Before you apply, please note the following:
*There are 2 vendor load-in options (Thursday AM or Friday AM). You must choose an option prior to the event.
*Once loaded in, vehicle access to the Vendor Village areas will not be available until load out on Sunday.
*Once loaded in, vendors must be present and set up for the entirety of Tuck Fest.
*Vendor Village Hours:
     -Thursday: 5:00pm-8:00pm
     -Friday: 5:00pm-8:00pm
     -Saturday: 10:00am-8:00pm
     -Sunday: 10:00am-4:00pm 
*Load out will occur at the close of the festival (Sunday PM)
*No food and/or beverage vendors will be accepted.
*Vendor fee is $500 for a 10x10 space
*More space is available for an additional fee or Tuck Fest sponsorship, and varies based on set up and footprint needs.
