Chef Participant Application Form

Make this event a home run and join us at one of our 30 chef/restaurant booths for the 2019 Lone Star Bash.
 
We anticipate 800 attendees, so please be prepared to share at least 700 tasting samples. This is a unique annual event to highlight your culinary delights and market to a wide audience. If the executive chef is not available, other restaurant staff are welcome to participate in his/her place. 
 
Space is limited, so please submit your form as soon as possible.

In submitting this form, the following chef/restaurant agrees to provide the following: 

Chef/Restaurant Participating in Lone Star Bash:

  • At least 700 sample size tasting portions
  • Menus, brochures and other promotional material may be displayed
  • Table decoration, serving pieces and equipment

TRAEF Providing to Restaurants:

  • Two (2) 6’ tables, one front and one back
  • Black tablecloth
  • Signage at table
  • Disposables
  • Logistical information prior to the event
  • Statewide industry promotion via TRAEF and TRA network channels, including social media, digital and print
  • Onsite signage (inclusion in event program/map)
  • A receipt will be provided describing your donation that can be used for your tax purposes.
