Requirements for participation:
Each chef to provide a minimum of 650 bite size portions that guests can eat while holding a drink
Table decorations, serving pieces, disposables, and your equipment
Recommended: Menus, brochures and other marketing and promotional materials
Provided to all participants:
Two (2) 6’ Tables, One Front and One Back
Black Tablecloths
Floor plan, instructions, timelines
Statewide Promotion across all Texas Restaurant Association and Texas Restaurant Foundation newsletters and social media platforms
A donation receipt that can be used for tax purposes
Each restaurant will receive a $500 stipend
Lone Star Bash attendees have the opportunity to vote for their favorite chef/dish.
The People's Choice winner will receive a cash prize of $2,500.
