The Beyond Requirements: Prescriptive Path Improvement Selection

For each Beyond cycle, property owners must show that their building(s) are high-performing (Performance Path) or conduct an audit and make improvements to the building (Prescriptive Path). Buildings that qualify for Performance Path in both Energy and Water do not need to complete this form. This form should not be submitted if an Audit has not been completed; submit the Audit Form here.

The Prescriptive Path Improvement shall be submitted through this form by May 15th of Year 3 of the Beyond Cycle: 2025 for Commercial buildings and 2026 for Industrial and Multi-Family buildings. One property per form.
