For each Beyond cycle, property owners must show that their building(s) are high-performing (Performance Path) or conduct an audit and make improvements to the building (Prescriptive Path). Use the Pathway Determination Form for Performance Path verification. Buildings that qualify for Performance Path in Energy or Water, but not both, are only required to complete an audit for the unmet standard.
The Energy and/or Water Audit shall be submitted through this form by July 15th of the deadline year. One property per form.
